Golfers Needed
Come play at the Achievement House 9th Annual Golf Tournament. Single Tickets are $50 and includes continental breakfast, lunch and one round of golf at the beautiful 10-hole course. There will be awards presented, gift bags for all participants and tickets available for raffle prize drawings.

Consider being a sponsor for our golf tournament held at Laguna Lake Golf Course at 11175 Los Osos Valley Road, San Luis Obispo, CA on Saturday, April 24th, 2021. Registration starts at 8:15 am. Shot Gun at 9:00 am. We have the following sponsorships available:

Prizes & Raffle Items Needed
We are looking for donated items, such as gift certificates, merchandise and other items, to include in our raffle gift baskets and for tournament winner prizes. Sponsors and prize donors can include promotional materials int the golfer gift bags. We welcome items like sunscreen, nuts, granola bars, golf balls, tees and hand towels. We will provide up to 80 gift bags to golfers. Please have your prize donation available to be picked up by Wednesday, April 21st.
