SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA – January 20, 2015 – NCI Affiliates and it’s south county sister company, the Achievement House, today unveiled a new brand identity, symbolized by the introduction of a new logo that signifies its growth and transformation, celebrating the culture of innovation built over the company’s XX-year history.
The visual connection between the wordmark and the owl symbol creates a mutually enhancing and reinforcing brand identity for both. On the one hand, it denotes wisdom, intuition and intelligence, and on the other, it showcases the individuality and creativity of the company’s innovative programs. This unifying visual synthesis represents the singular ability of NCI and the Achievement House to nurture a universal passion for serving the vocational and community living needs of persons with intellectual and/or physical challenges in San Luis Obispo, Monterey and northern Santa Barbara Counties.

The launch of the logo and new brand identity was developed in collaboration with Miranda Marketing Labs, a local marketing firm known for helping organizations grow through brand-driven creativity.
